Long hard run

So I keep getting lost in excuses it seems I want very dearly to create, this website and every time I say to my self "this week I am going to work on it!" I wind up procrastinating with something. The only actual work I have done is at my paying job instead of doing what I get paid to do. On top of my procrastinating there is this thing called life that keeps getting in the way. I have a three day weekend and I am currently in Banff for the whole weekend and unable to work on my little pet project. Maybe I am so cranky due to the lack of sleep or maybe I am internalizing all my self loathing but not happy about this weekend. Curse you social obligation, curse you.

On a high not however I am going to be shopping in Banff for four hours yay! This is not sarcasm I generally excited for this they have the coolest little shops. And I am on a mission to find a cool used tarot deck for my broham, Christmas shopping...me...before December the world has truly gone mad.

so this time tomorrow i will be in Las Vegas and how does that make me feel? well for all you Freudians out there well all I can say is...

so ya i am pretty f**king excited not just for the trip itself for you see I love trips in general. As lame as it is my favorite part of any trip is the journey, be it a plane ride or a car ride I love it. It means time to read or draw or do any number of activities.

feel the need

so I sit here and realize that I feel the need to create... and I like it!

so it has been a long long long time since i have felt this way but i think that i need to finish a project as well as continue to make my little projects... drawn a lot over the past while but have a hard time when it comes down to posting what I have made

So here comes a new year and with that a new chance to create and a time for change is upon us.

A Trip, A Trip

in t-minus 15 minutes me and my two best friends are heading on a day trip to the grayest city in canada

wahoo road trip!!!!!!!

I love road trips they are my favorite. The best part of the road trip is the drive itself and don't you forget that. What do I plan to accomplish this road trip aside from getting Big Guy looking snazzy for the bitches wedding, but to discuss the live action web comic we are working on and the support i will need from these guys.

what ever happened to...

well here i am again trying the blog thing out

now let me see if i can actually get some where this time, cause I defiantly need a place where I can put my thoughts and goals. So here it is my goals, I am four months away from being done school and there is so much I want to accomplish. First and foremost I have to build a website, not a small site ether, I need to construct a big site so as to have two web comics on it... maybe more who knows but at least two for now. On top of that I have to create the two comics, one of them i am the soul creator and the other I am a major contributor. With so much on my plate and my constant distraction this will be most challenging indeed.

Good Morning Vietnam

OK so I don't live in Vietnam just here in balmy Canada Eh! Now I have been working on my Comic Alternative Design and I have been updating this blog a little and I am not sure what I should do. My main focus... Or will be once me and one of me mates finish our little project... is my comic and that is what I thought the primary use of this blog should be.

Was I wrong?

My fience thinks that I should post more on here then just about my comic, and to be quite honest I am not sure why. Its not that I want to keep my life secret in fact I am quite open about things. The major reason that I created this blog is not to vent my pent up feelings but to keep me on task of progressing Mitch and the whole series of Ideas that I have related to the topic.

So Mitch in mind I have made a little progress over the past week I wrote and started to draw the first comic.
Now my other idea for this is...

MITCH PAPERDOLL CUTOUTS!!!(everyone knows caps lock means happy screaming).

I decided I was going to put to good use some really good comic markers that I got for my birthday a couple years back.

On ward to the ark my pets

well hello again all those out there on the world wide web!

so i have almost perfected the brothers and Mitch is now a cakewalk for me to draw now. so what does a comic need besides characters well how about a story arch or two. hmm perhaps i should start looking to the future of this comic and those who inhabit it. I should start by build the story arch and then i will build the individual strips.

So I have also been working on secondary characters to be introduced at a later date. For starters there is Nathan he is Aidan's best friend and lives next door with Andy a child genius he is a bigger boy and is fairly socially awkward. If i told you all about Jackie then i would be giving away too much but she is quite an interesting character. On the other side of the Brothers apartment there will be Brian and Mary-Jane, now these two will be fun to joke around with both of them are sexual fiends but they haven't slept together as of yet. I have a slew of other characters in mind but none down on the page as of yet.

Now I have some goals for the next week so until then
